The Fine Print

Reservation Policy

  • Reservations must be made for 7 consecutive nights from Saturday to Saturday each week from July 1st - Sep 2nd. All other nights of the year may be booked individually with a minimum of a two night stay.

  • Check in is at 4pm on the first day of the reservation. 

  • Early check in is at 2pm on the first day of the reservation (must select $55 fee during booking).

  • Check out is at 10am on the last day of the reservation.

  • A refundable damage deposit of $250 is mandatory for each reservation and will be returned if no incidents occur.

  • A cleaning fee of $200 is mandatory for each reservation.

  • A beach tag replacement fee of $35 will be added for each lost beach tag.

  • The entire building is smoke-free inside and out.

  • Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

  • No pets allowed.

  • No Senior Week rentals

Cancellation policy

  • If reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival date, 100% of reservation will be refunded.

  • If reservation is canceled 30 - 59 days prior to arrival date, 50% of reservation will be refunded.

  • If reservation is canceled < 30 days prior to arrival date, 0% of reservation will be refunded.
